Fabian Silva – Asylum Case Manager

Fabian is part of our legal team, where he provides support to our lawyers in various routine processes in handling our clients' cases.

He is Venezuelan, originally from the state of Zulia, where he gained experience in different customer service-related fields, such as the hotel and tourism industry. 

This helped him learn to listen to clients in order to assist them in resolving their issues. He puts this practice into action in his communication with our clients.
