Accurately enter case details, client records, and document filings into our immigration management software.
Prepare USCIS forms, assemble legal filings (humanitarian, VAWA, T Visa, business visas), and draft affidavits under attorney supervision.
Represent clients before USCIS & EOIR Immigration Courts, formulate case strategies, and supervise paralegal staff.
