Daniel Ortiz is an attorney with extensive experience in immigration litigation and a deep commitment to defending the rights of the immigrant community in the United States. He has worked at prestigious law firms in Miami, Chicago, and Los Angeles, representing hundreds of clients in complex cases before the Immigration Court, in appeals before the BIA, and in interviews with USCIS.

His career began as a legal assistant at Pozo Goldstein, LLP, where he gained firsthand experience preparing motions, appeals, and communicating with federal agencies such as ICE, DHS, and USCIS. He later served as an associate attorney at renowned national law firms, strengthening his practice in the defense of detained immigrants, motions to reopen, removal proceedings, and applications for immigration relief.

Attorney Ortiz is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Missouri. He is a graduate of the School of Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico (PUCPR) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico. His solid academic background, combined with more than seven years of practical experience in the immigration field, allows him to provide a strategic and compassionate approach to every case.
